Chanay ki daal is one of the best lentil recipes and lentils themselves are good for you especially if you are a vegetarian as they are a good source of proteins making it a substitute of meat. Chanay ki Daal is my most favorite lentil recipe. Because of ts delicious taste this recipe is good for the children who don’t like lentils. Lentils are amazing a whatever it is winter or summer you can make lentils at any time of the year.
The recipe is easy to cook and it is a good dish to prepare when you do not understand what to cook for dinner. It requires only a few ingredients and to cook and is simple also. The recipe can be served with boiled rice for rice lover and with chapati for those who prefer wheat. Daal has many variations which are made all over the world and some of them are also posted on my website including mash ki daal and Moong ki Daal. You can also add meat in it for meat lovers. Enjoy making this dish through this step-by-step method from my website.
