Instructions
Take beans and soak overnight.
After soaking boil it in the pressure cooker with 5 cups of water for 20 minutes. When soft then strain the water.
When dry then chop it with bread and and dish out in a bowl. Then chop onion, green chilies, coriander and ginger. Add in the beans. Add slat, red chili powder, coriander powder, white cumin powder, spices powder, chicken powder, eggs and ghee then mix it well.
After mixing make round shapes like Shami Kebab. Fry it and serve your guests. Enjoy 😊!
