While making Gobhi ka paratha, the gobhi is not deep-fried or cooked before but instead the grated gobhi is directly added as a stuffing. But still some people also add cooked cauliflower in it too. Moreover, there are several recipes for gobhi ka paratha which mainly differs in its stuffing.

Ingredients
300grams Cauliflower
4-5Green Chiligrinded
¼BunchGreen Coriander
1tsp. Red Chili crushed
½tsp. Whole Spices Powder
½tsp. Dry Coriander Powder
½tspWhite Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
Ghee for cooking
Instructions
Wash and cut the Cauliflower into smaller pieces (approx. 1 inch). Boil it for 3-4 minutes and strain. When dry then add mash it and add all the spices in it.
Make big lemon-size balls of atta (wheat). Give them a rest of 4-5 minutes. Roll it into small tortilla-shaped circles. Add mixture on one of them and cover it with another. Press it from the side to make sure the stuffing won't come out.
Roll more and put it on stove. After cooking, you will see your Gobhi Paratha all ready to be enjoyed by your taste buds.
Notes
Making a separate stuffing is not necessary, you can also add Gobhi Gosht in it.
