To prepare malai boti recipe, all you need to do is marinate chicken cubes with fresh cream, grind green chilies, ginger garlic paste and all other spices, after that BBQ it on a charcoal grill and then add it in a your paratha roll and enjoy it. The total cooking time is 1 hour and 25 minute.

Add the ingredients of green chutney in a blender and then after blending well take them out.
Add chicken breast cubes in a bowl. Add green chutney in it. Then add salt, black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, papaya/tenderizer and cream in it. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
During the marination time. Add onion, Kashmiri chili, green coriander, green mint and tomato and blend them well.
Then take a pan and add oil in it. Fry mustard seeds in it. Then add the mixture of onion chutney in it and then cook. During cooking add salt, green chili flakes, black pepper, cumin powder and coriander powder in it and cook. Then add tamarind pulp and chat masala in it. When it is thick like a sauce then turn the flame off.
After the chicken has marinated then cook it in less oil. When the oil starts separating, give the smoke of coal and cook with steam.
Take a paratha and spread mayonnaise on it. The spread onion chutney on it, and after putting malayi boti on it spread cucumber, onion or other salad ingredients you like. Make a role of it.
Your tasty malayi boti role is ready, serve with onion chutney.
