Ingredients
1Chicken Breastcubes
1Capsicumlarge, cubes
1Red Onionmedium, cubes
1tbspGarlic and Gingerchopped
3cupsChicken Stocks
2tbspCorn Flour
Water as required
Salt to taste
3Green Chilies chopped
1tspBlack pepper Powder
2tbspBrown Sugar

½cupTomato Paste
1tbspChili Sauce
2tbspSoy Sauce

Instructions
Put Chicken cubes in a pan with water. Add salt and black pepper. Cover the lid for 15 minutes for making stock.
Meanwhile chop your vegetables such as onion, green chilies, capsicum and Ginger-garlic.
Take oil in a separate pan. Add chopped ginger-garlic and saute. Add vegetables and chicken cubes. Add tomato paste and stir fry a little on high flame. Add all the sauces and sugar. Then add salt and black pepper. Fry on high flame and add chicken stock. When boiled then add corn flour in water and add in it. Stir continuously during the process.
When thick then garnish with green onion and serve.
