Ingredients

  • 250 Grams Potato Fresh
  • 4 Slices Bread
  • 1/4 Cup Cooking Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Onion Chopped
  • 2 Green Chilie Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Chopped
  • Salt To taste
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Egg For Coating

Instructions

  • Boil the Potato up to Mild soft.
  • Mesh the potato and add onion, green chili, coriander, salt, pepper powder, chili powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Beat the egg in flat plate and add a pinch of salt.
  • Paste the mixed potato on one side of the bread.
  • Dip in egg and shallow fry in a pan.

  • For taste, you can add chopped vegetables like cabbage, pees, carrot, green onion.
  • You may add ground spice powder for different taste.
  • You may add chicken for better taste.
  • You may bake it with cheese slices after frying.
