Ingredients
For bread Stuffings/Filling
- 3 Potatoes medium, boiled
- 6 Bread slices Edges cut
- 1 Onion small,chopped
- 3 Green Chilli chopped
- ½ cup Coriander fresh,green,chopped
- ¼ tsp Red chili flakes
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Dry coriander crushed
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- Salt to taste
For bread coating
- 1 cup chickpeas powder (Basin)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Dry Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- Water as required
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
For bread Stuffings/Filling
- Peel and mash the potatoes then add all the ingredients in it and mix it well. Spread this mixture on a slice of bread and then press with another slice like a sandwich
For bread coating
- Add the dry ingredients in basin and then mix it well with folk. Mix it well with pouring water in this way that there would be no lump left.
- Coat the stuffed sandwich in the mixture and than fry in a pan with hot oil and than dish out when golden brown.
- Cut into four pieces and then serve with tea or green chutney.
Notes
- You can add ingredients in filling as you like.
- It can be serve with drinks, chutney or sauces.
- It is also good for Iftar in Ramadan.

Peel and mash the potatoes .
Add all the ingredients and mix it well.
Add onion, green chilies and fresh coriander.
Cut the sides of the bread.
Spread this mixture on a slice of bread and then press with another slice like a sandwich.
