Preparing Vegetables

  • 2 Capsicum Cut finely (length wise)
  • 2 Pieces Spring Onions Chopped
  • 1/2 Medium Cabbage Small cut
  • 2 Medium Carrot Length wise Finely cut
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic & Ginger Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Chicken Powder
  • Oil For Frying

For Preparing Rice

  • 3 Cups Parboiled Rice
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Chinese Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 small Spring Onion
  • 1 tsp Chicken Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Oil

For Preparing Noodles

  • 1/2 Pack Egg Noddle
  • Oil for boiling
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Pinch Yellow food color

For Preparing Chicken

  • 700 Grams Chicken Boneless Julienne cut
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic and Ginger Chopped
  • Oil For frying
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour

For Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce/Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 4 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Black Pepper Optional



  • Add salt, yellow color and oil in boiling water.  
  •  Add egg noddles in the water and boil.

  • Strain under cold running water.


  • Boil rice with salt, cumin seeds, Oil, Chicken Powder, Chinese Salt, Sugar.

  • When they are soft drain them and add green onion.

  • Fry ginger-garlic paste in hot oil.
  • Add chicken to it and cook until light brown.

  • Add Black Pepper, Salt, Soy Sauce, Ketchup.

  • Mix corn flour with water in a small bowl. Pour it on chicken slowly and steadily.

  • Stir and cook for few minutes until thicken then off the flame.

  • Fry the chopped garlic and ginger, till they get golden brown.

  • Add Carrots and fry a little to soften

  • Add Capsicum, Spring Onion, Carrot, Cabbage, Onion, Chicken Powder and fry a little bit.

  • Add Lemon Juice, Soy Sauce, Black Pepper, and Salt and stir. Off the flame

  • Take a serving rice tray and make a first layer of rice.
  • Topped with the mixture of vegetables and Noddles over it.

  • Next layer is of Chicken.
  • Finish it by Spread the mayo sauce over it.

  • You may serve with salad and raita.
  • If the rice have become soft while simmering then to absorb the moisture place a folded dry cloth or a news paper under the lid.
  • You can add or subtract ingredients as per your taste.
