Tarke wale Chawal
Basmati rice are recommended but you can use any other variety. It can be eaten with a number of lentils, curries and other dishes.

Servings 4 persons
- 2 cup Rice
- 1 Onion small, sliced
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ cup Oil
Take Oil in a skillet and then add sliced onions. When golden brown then add cumin seeds in it. Add 2 cups of water. Add salt. When the water is hot then add rice. When the water is dry then cover the lid for cooking.
After 5 minutes uncover the lid.
Your healthy tarke wale chawal are ready. Serve hot with any curry.
- When the vapor will start appear then add water.
- You can also add bay leaf and whole spices powder in it.
