Date Shake (Khajoor ka Shake)
- 10 Pieces Dates
- ½ cup Sugar
- 3 cup Milk
- 2-3 tbsp Cream (balai) Optional
- Ice as required
- Wash the dates and remove the stone from inside. Put into hot milk for making soft for 10-15 minutes.
- When soft add the ingredients in a blender and blend it well.
- Your tempting Date Shake is ready. Add Ice cubes for making cold.
- Use the Date of good quality.
- You can blend the ingredients directly skipping the soaking dates part.
- You can use chocolate for flavor.
- Ice cream can be used for added taste
Date Shake step-by-step
Wash the dates and remove the stone from inside.
Put into hot milk for making soft for 10-15 minutes.
Put milk with dates in blender and add sugar.
Mix the ingredients well in a blender and blend it well.
Check the consistency of the shake, if it’s too thick or too thin to your liking, then dilute it by adding some more milk or thicken it by adding dates (or ice cream) respectively; blend again. Your tempting Date Shake is ready. Add Ice for making cold.
