Peanut Coriander Chutney is one another side dish which can be served with many main course dishes like all lentils (daal), daal-rice, vegetables etc.

Peanut Coriander Chutney

This is simple chutney with minimum ingredients but awful taste. You can serve it with any meal as side item. Moreover, it is must have item with any daal and with daal-rice etc.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Coriander
  • 100 grms Peanuts without skin roasted
  • 3 medium Green Chilli
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.

  • Blend it to mix all the ingredients well.

  • Chutney is ready to serve.

Notes

  • As per your taste you can add garlic and ginger.
  • Cumin seeds can also be use as taste enhancer.
