- 1 Chicken Breast cubes
- 1 Capsicum large, cubes
- 1 Red Onion medium, cubes
- 1 tbsp Garlic and Ginger chopped
- 3 cups Chicken Stocks
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- 3 Green Chilies chopped
- 1 tsp Black pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ½ cup Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Green Onion
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Put Chicken cubes in a pan with water. Add salt and black pepper. Cover the lid for 15 minutes for making stock.
- Meanwhile chop your vegetables such as onion, green chilies, capsicum and Ginger-garlic.
- Take oil in a separate pan. Add chopped ginger-garlic and saute. Add vegetables and chicken cubes. Add tomato paste and stir fry a little on high flame. Add all the sauces and sugar. Then add salt and black pepper. Fry on high flame and add chicken stock. When boiled then add corn flour in water and add in it. Stir continuously during the process.
- When thick then garnish with green onion and serve.
